Exchange Policy

Ash & Ash Co. will gladly accept unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for ins tore credit or exchange, with all tags attached and the receipt in hand or sent back along with the items. All jewelry, custom order items and sale items are FINAL SALE. For those returning shipped items, Ash & Ash Co. is to pay for return shipping if and only if a mistake was made on our behalf or on the behalf of a vendor. Customers are to pay for return shipping if the item sizing was wrong, if they did not like the item, etc. 

Gift Card Policy

Ash & Ash Co. gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Ash & Ash Co, asks that you treat the card like cash; if it is lost or stolen it will not be replaced as we are not responsible for gift cards once they are purchased. Our gift cards never expire.
