Exchange Policy

Ash & Ash Co. will gladly accept unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for in store credit or exchanges, with all tags attached and the receipt in hand or shipped back along with the items. All jewelry, custom order items, holiday tees and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Gift Card Policy

Ash & Ash Co. gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Ash & Ash Co, asks that you treat the card like cash; if it is lost or stolen it will not be replaced as we are not responsible for gift cards once they are purchased. Our gift cards never expire.

Holiday Exchange Policy 

Anything bought on or after December 4th will have until JANUARY 8TH or 30 days from purchase, whichever is longer. As always we only accept returns for store credit or exchanges. The tags must be attached and we need the original receipt or gift receipt to complete any return or exchange.
